I had the same experience as linda. When I picked up my pet not only did she smell but she had an infection. Her writren vet records from her visot stated that the conditions in this kennel caused my older dog to deteriorate. The owners of the kennel refused to pay the vet bill although they waived the boarding bill I was still out the amount I would have paid them plus the balance of the vet bill. Do not take your pet here. The owner and his family live on site makes it appealing....do not be fooled. When I picked up my pet he was not in the condition I left him in. He smelled and had crusted feces on him. They do not pick up the phone when you call and the answering machine says they are with the dogs or clients but every time I have picked up my pet no one is in the kennel....they come out from the house to greet you.
