If you love your dog, I would NOT recommend this place. If you do your research you will find plenty of TERRIBLE horror stories about this place. The owner appears to use intimidation and legal threats to silence his critics and bury the bad reviews, but in doing so, only reveals his true colors.

Very friendly reasonably priced, worked with me when my flight was pushed back to a later arrival. My lil’Cinna was well taken care of while I was out of town. Will definitely use again in the future.

Izzy does not know what she is talking about in relation to our situation and her "opinion" about it should be taken with a grain of salt. Again, if you would like to see the injury our dog sustained while at this kennel, please feel free to review our photos on the Yelp page associated with this business. Anyone who has any type of experience with dogs/bite marks will immediately be able to see the wound pattern is not consistent with that of bite marks.

To see the pictures associated with my previous post, please go to the yelp page for this business. There are four pictures there with graphic images of the injury my dog suffered, as well as the ten stitches she had to get because of it.

When we got to the kennel the owner came out from his home, which is on the property. The two times we were there, no one was anywhere to be seen around the kennels. He came up to my car and asked to see our dogs medical records; he quickly looked over the papers in the binder and that was it - never made copies of the records, wrote anything down, or took down contact information for us in case he needed to contact someone while we were gone. While gone, we did try to call multiple times, but the phone is rarely answered... read more

We got our dog's in the car, my husband got my mom's dogs, the girl went and got our money, and then put us in contact with an emergency on-call vet in Argyle. The vet determined that this was "not a new wound" and thought it had been there since at least the day prior to us picking up. He took our dog into the back and after he finished up with her told us that he had to stitch her up in LAYERS because the wound was so deep. How could this kennel not have known about an injury like this? The kennel told the vet to bill ... read more

This place is horrible. I left my 4 year old Yorkie at CCI for a few days and when I picked him up I was mortified. He had green goop coming out of both eyes and could barely open them. He also had hot spots all over his body and could barely even bark. It took weeks for him to get better and some hefty vet bills. Please people stay clear of this facility.
