Duke always looks great and he seems to do fine when I am not there. The staff here are very friendly and kind. Always important when working with a rescue (challenging behaviors).
The refused to service my 12 year old Shih tzu since we wouldn't bring him in every 2 weeks for a shampoo and every month for a groom. My shih tzu was an abused rescue that we've had for 11 years and is skittish around his face. They did a fantastic job with the actual cut itself, but said that since we won't bring him in as much as they'd like they don't want to groom him any longer.
