Jenni and Linda do a wonderful job grooming my two Havanese dogs, Lexi and Belle. I know they are always treated with kindness and gentleness. Groomers at previous facilities did not trim Lexi's nails (although they never said they didn't), because Lexi just hates that part of the grooming and is VERY resistant. Linda knows just what to do to calm Lexi and does a great job trimming her nails. Thank you Jenni and Linda for making my two girls' experience so pleasant and making them look beautiful.

By far the best dog groomers in the Salem area. Chewie loves his visits to Canine Concepts. It's easy to leave him with Linda and Jenni because he is never nervous or afraid. Chewie can be a grumpy boy while his nails are being clipped but that does not bother these professional groomers. They keep their sense of humor and know exactly how to safely and gently handle him to get the job done. Jenni does an excellent job on my standards poodle I really appreciate all she does for Madeline. I highly recommend her.

Jenni does our 2 dogs and does an amazing job! Both dogs adore her which is a big plus.
