This place is very expensive, of which you pay in advance. I paid for 2 follow up visits in advance. Due to an emergency I had to cancel my second visit. So I called well in advance as nd canceled visit, also requested a refund for the visit. I was told the visits were included and there would be no refund. Think twice
A visit to this practice is almost a pleasure. That’s a lot to ask of an oral surgeon. The staff is so kind and caring. Dr. Meneshian is very reassuring, always explaining as needed during the procedure. Caring support post op as well. Highly recommend this practice.
Very nice staff, very respectful and professional. The surgeon was the same, and he took the time to answer questions with clarity. He had a friendly and welcoming manner that made him easy to understand and speak to. On 5/21 I had a procedure done that went smoothly. And the aftercare instructions given were clear and non-clinical, easy to understand. I absolutely would recommend them.
