Unbelievable customer service after having service done with mistakes on there part! I have NEVER been treated so poorly!! They did give me a discount for the mistake however that didn’t matter with the disrespect that came with it! I will NEVER use them again! Nor will I recommend them anymore!! Prior to this service I used them and recommended them but that was before I experience having an issue and getting treated horribly! SMH

Hi Julie when we arrived to install a replacement gravity vent water heater after it was installed we determined your chimney was not up to code and let you know that it would require a power vented water heater and the cost would be 1650 to which you agreed. We uninstalled at no cost the wrong water heater installed the right one and after it was done you protested and you and I agreed that you would pay the original amount quoted for the wrong water heater.then apparently you called our office and ask for the original bill... read more
Good work. Honest price. Pride in their work. I was at work when they showed to replace our sprinkler backflow. They went an extra step, without "up-selling", to make it easier for me to remove it for preventive maintenance in the winter. Hope we don't have to, but when we do need reliable maintenance & fixes, we'll use them again.
Went above and beyond to get a technician out to our house on short notice! Problem solved quickly! We are grateful for all of the quality service Canfield has provided us over the years! Our trust in them is 100%!
