Today i Just came from a long day of work around 6 pm and found my apartment with no water service. I called the office so many times and after a while a lady answered the phone I explained to her what was going on and she said she was going to send the maintenance people to get it fixed and its 8 o’clock and nobody show up so far. Couldn’t even wash my hands to eat something, either get a bath, can’t do nothing without water. Terrible experience & terrible service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
I moved here in here January of 2019.. although I love my apartment itself as far as layout storage space and location, I have had many issues with the property and surrounding area. I understand this is not all fault of management but believe more could have been done when I moved in and with issues that have occurred since.
