I rented an apartment from this property management company. They signed me on paying for all building utilities, in addition to the apartment utilities without letting me know. It was in small letters on their contract. After a period of renting there, they came with a high monthly bill to pay them in addition to the rent. They faked the bills for the building utilities and didn't present any real invoice from the utility companies. They stop responding to my request to send the invoice and just keep charging me. usually don't leave reviews but the way the people who work here were so unprofessional and so inconsiderate. I had a schedule showing at 10am, I arrived at 955am and by 1005 nobody was there yet , I then texted and reached out the person who was going to show me around , no answer, no text message, eventually I got a text back, from SOMEONE and said that they were going to have someone reach out to me on THEIR earliest convenience, I had to drive from lancaster to here for nothing. SO unprofessional

This management group is absolutely horrendous. Leaving one of the apartments they manage is an absolute nightmare, there is no management service when Im trying to vacate the unit, no email or call works, no instructions, absolutely horrible experience.
