Worked with Canfield Rapid City rep. Found her to be extremely helpful at the beginning but went down hill from there. After analyzing our needs she ordered 3,000.00 of product that won’t work and another 3000.00 of product that was mostly useless. Company will give us in store credit on the product that was ordered wrong by their rep but no cash back. Left me with a taste to stay local and with companies I’ve dealt with in the past.
