I recommend Delfin for a deep tissue massage! – I went for a deep tissue massage with Delfin...EXCELLENT!!! He is the best in techniques and advices. I used to go to spas in Manhattan because they were close to my job, but the quality is not compare to Canela, which is the best. He is so good that everytime I tried to book an appointment with him, there is no chance...everyone ask for him. I really recommend Delfin to anyone who would like to experience relaxation and energy.
Fabulous Service – I planned a day at the spa with my friends for my birthday and we had the best time. The service and staff were excellent and we were extremely happy at the end of the day. Definitely will be returning to be pampered some more.
Horrible, stay away – The hair color was good there, but the hair cut was horrible, not what I asked for. I now have to go back and get it fixed, and it will be a lot shorter then I want. Also all the hair stylist did not speak English as the first language, so it was a little hard to understand.
Great Spa that has it all! – With my mother recovering from her cancer treatments, I decided to take her to Canela for an afternoon of rest and relaxation. They did not disappoint! Staff and facilities are definitely top notch. My mother enjoyed her sessions (massage & facial) immensely and actually recommended that I make an appointment asap. It was exactly what she needed. Brazilian Hair Straightening!! – This is the first time I've ever straightened my hair so I was a little nervous about how it might turn out because I always hear about straightening products that damage and dry out hair. That is definitely not the case with the Brazilian Hair Straightener. I have curly, frizzy and very dry hair and I must say this is the healthiest my hair has ever looked since I straightened it. A Very Happy and Glowing Bride! – I got married last month and used Canela for massages and hair treatments leading up to my wedding as well as for my hair and all of my bridesmaids' hair on the actual wedding day. It is difficult to please 8 women on such an important day and EVERYONE left the salon feeling gorgeous. About 2 weeks ago I went into Canela spa for a massage, a gift certificate from my friend. I love how nice it is. Very clean and hospitable and they have great scents all around. It's bigger than it appears to be. I was introduced to this male masseus Jose. Very young looking, but warm, friendly and very attentive. Great Customer Service – I remember telling my roommate one day that her hair looked great. She told me that she was recommended by another friend to this "new spot" called Canela.
