Great spa!!! – I live in Parkchester and have been going to Canela for about a year now. It's a beautiful spa, with a very upscale appearance and good quality products. An Oasis in the Bronx – The tone of a friendly, warm and inviting space was set by Jennifer and Yunique (spelling?), the two ladies, who greeted me upon entering Canela Spa. I was offered tea, water and a comfortable area to wait for my massage. One of the best massages – I went in feeling tired and achy, especially since I'm a new mommy AGAIN. Sounds like I have alot of children... Not the case. Just had my second. Anyway, my husband gave me a gift certificate for a massage, since he knew I had a good experience there previous to giving birth. I went and met Delfin, the massage therapist. They took great care of my girlfriend – I sent my girlfriend to Canela to get her hair and nails done. She was aprehensive about having someone new do her hair, but the folks at the salon listened to what she wanted and then made sure to get it right. They also took the time to do her nails while she waited to finish her hair. I was extremely pleased with the result, as was my girlfriend. I can't thank the folks at Canela enough for taking the time and making her look great. She felt and looked beautiful!
Amazing... – When I went to Canela's for the first time I was very apprehensive about it, having never been to a massage therapist, but I stuck it out, and it was good. It was relaxing and a few weeks later I decided to go again, got a different therapist and there I discovered Delfin, so to speak. NEVER Judge a book by its cover.... – Working in the "macho" world of construction can do MANY things to your body. Not to mention how it can cause you to have MANY preconceived notions about anything. My girlfriend had to CONVINCE me to get a massage... The best massage I ever had...Delfin is the best!!!! – I have been in different spas trying to find the best massage to relax and get rid of the toxins and found Delfin. Very courteous, a gentleman and dedicated to his job. He is very professional and knows his job!!
