Little nervous due to not seeing a dentist for awhile but everyone I encountered was so friendly and professional. The staff at the front were great and got my information back to me in a timely manner. The hygienist was fantastic getting in to find out what I needed best for future care. It's always nice to go to the dentist and be forgotten about. It took them 4 hours to get my crown done. Being how I was a new mom, I was not only in pain because I was nursing but I hadn't planned on keeping a sitter for that long so it caused issues. Very unprofessional. They are too worried about money and not enough on customer care.
Not thrilled, it's a business, that is all....,,not all that excited, they need to make money like everyone else. Going back to my old dentist even though he can't offer all the newest and greatest!!!
I went there years ago, and they tried to up sell me from a $400 procedure to one over $2,000. I took my business elsewhere. Today I sent my girl there as a last resort. They poked and prodded her after she told them how much pain she was in. To make things worse, they knew her insurance wouldn't be accepted but made her appointment anyway. My regular dentist was closed, i was scrambling to find an office. I was in so much pain. I remembered a place by where i do my banking, so i headed that way. They were about to close also...BUT GOD they let me in. First time client. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism that i all but forgot about my pain. They are very professional, office is clean and comfortable. They comforted me when I got sick from the anesthesia. I would recommend this dental office to all my friends and family.
