Candy, Helped me sell my house, my wife had passed away 2 years ago and I was laid off so I called her and asked her to help me sell my house so I could move back to Iowa to be with my family there as I was born and raised in Iowa. She put my house on the market and internet and with in 2 weeks it was sold.

Excellent resource. Listened carefully to our issues and needs and was okay when I wanted to walk away from a negotiation that wasn't going well due to the flakiness of the buyer's involved - no pressure like you get sometimes with realtors who just want the sale. She found us a better buyer and landed the deal in a better spot. Candy was very attentive. She was consistently sending me properties and willing to go anywhere I wanted. No distance was too far. She followed up with every bit of paperwork personally to make sure that the process was going smoothly. I would and do highly recommend her. I will definitely be using her again in the event I am looking to sell and buy again!
