I had an overall good experience with Carguru, but found it took sometimes 2 days for a dealer to contact me. Candor was actually the very first place I reached out to and I was called almost immediately. Very honest and very laid back guys. I found the car I saw online was slightly better in person. I came in looking to trade in my fully loaded Silverado. They offered me 19,000 because that’s what they said they can buy trucks like mine for at an auction all day long. Went to the dealership I purchased the truck I actually bought and they gave me $5500 more that what I was offered at this dealership. Don’t get hustled by these guys
Dealer was very quick to respond back to me, very friendly and answered all my questions. The listing accurately described all the conditions of the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and ready for us to test drive. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Dealer had everything ready for us to sign, the process was in and out, did not have to wait. I would recommend this dealer to anyone!
I had to contact them after I put in a request 2x. Very flexible tho for staying after hours till we got there. We didnt buy the car, but he wasnt trying to sell it to us either. So we left. Probably wouldnt recommend.

You are very polite and prompt describe the vehicle to me and let me know about it only thing is I think that he should reevaluate his vehicles and drop the prices on it because a hundred and ninety-four thousand miles for the price he's asking for that Avalanche it's kind of high but otherwise I would recommend
