On my two hour drive to Connecticut, I got a flat while on the highway in Danbury…I called AAA and this company arrived within 15 mins (fastest I’ve ever seen) Tyler was very professional. I had a run flat tires/no spare, so he hooked up my truck to the flatbed and towed it to the Tire Shop. I had my toddler child with me, so unfortunately by law/safety reasons I wasn’t allowed to travel in the tow truck with him. Just wanted to say Joe is probably one of the best tow drivers I have ever met. Exceptionally skilled and vibrant. I’ve lived in my home for about six years anytime I have a delivery or a service no one ever wants to come up my driveway. This man came up my driveway and didn’t even touch the grass. Not sure who works at the upper management team at this facility, but Give that man a raise. GOD BLESS
Shayne dove out to Southbury today to replace my battery in my 2018 VW Jetta. He was exceptionally helpful with explaining the tests that took place before replacing the battery. He was kind and professional. His disposition was refreshing compared to other drivers I've had contact with in the past. Great guy. Jan
Rhonda was great! had to get my car towed here to get my radiator replaced, they are honest people who charge reasonably and provide receipts and descriptions for each part and labor service they do for you. I don’t know much about cars but I am glad they don’t try to take advantage of customers and do more than what was agreed upon.
