Driver dropped my car off at rhe wrong location and gave me attitude when I called him asking where my car was. He stated to me it was in the corner and didn't specify the address or location. I called the company and got transferred to towing. Towing did not try to understand my frustration at the situation and my agitation over where the driver dropped my car, instead tried to tell me off after voicing my agitation instead of understanding me and my frustration. Stacy was an amazing customer service in time of need. Her professionalism, personal caring and taking care of a situation was beyond exemplary.
Our vehicle slid off the edge of the driveway and got stuck in this morning’s snow fall. After contacting AAA Candlewood Valley Towing made contact with me and asked for a couple of photos of our predicament and 25 minutes later Johnathan had arrived and pulled our car out to level safe ground. Johnathan was polite & Professional. We will highly recommend this company in the future.
Shout out to Jonathan H for a great job getting my Yukon XL out of a snowbank . It was stuck on the lip of the driveway and he had to work hard to get it out. I appreciate all of his communication and him keeping my car and me safe. He did a great job and you can tell he's a good guy. :)
Car wouldn’t start after frigid temps. Placed a request for assistance through AAA. Due to high call volumes, AAA estimated about 3 hrs for service to arrive. I received a call from Candlewood Valley Motors less than 15 mins after I placed the request with AAA. They gave me a new estimate to that was an hour less than AAA had said. Justin got to me even earlier than the estimate they provided. He was quick, thorough, and incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend Justin! He was great!
