If I could give this hotel a negative zero I would! My fiance and I stayed at this hotel for Valentines day ( 2026) . Woke up the next morning and was 2 big bed bugs under our pillows and one was in the other bed. Then it took a whole week for them to give us our money back! They dont train or have they're management do refunds. Then the guy had the audacity to have an attitude 🙄. Do not stay at this hotel! First and foremost, the parking lot may need a little paving, but it is well lit and off main roads, feels safe. Secondly, you receive warm and friendly service the minute the automatic doors open. The rooms are spacious and are well equipped for anything you may need for a night or extended stay. *Even the standard rooms come with pots and pans, dishes, dish soap, a dishwasher, coffee maker, cream, sugar, tea, pepper and salt. The midnight staff is beyond RUDE and can’t accommodate any requests for the guest to have a comfortable stay. Can never switch out rooms, found random bugs, more like baby roaches coming out of different places while we were eating and since it was over 15 minutes, she insisted she couldn’t do anything and thought someone wanted to argue with her yet I was a former hotel employee myself so I know the policy’s and if it’s before audit runs, she is capable of helping out the guests.
