This was a horrible experience! We picked this location based on a family funeral we were in town for. Upon checking into our room, we found the bed was filthy! We pulled back the covers to find hair and crumbs and stains in the sheets! There were food crumbs everywhere, in the chair, on the desk, and floor. The silverware had not been cleaned at all. The service is horrible. There's no attendant at the front counter during late night hours

There is no attendant at the counter at night. Key cards have to keep being returned to desk for rescan for suite entry. Will not stay again.

The night staff was extremely rude. She called us racist remarks and called the police on us. She refused to refund the deposit and would not tell us why or show us where in the policy it says that we broke any rules. When the police came they said that they are always called up here due to her having issues with customers. We had to go over her head to corporate ro get our money refunded.
