I’m super impressed. The rooms are large. The kitchen is large and well stocked with utensils and dishes. It seems brand new. Everything is very clean. I guess it’s now called the extended studio hotel. People complaining that it’s not in IHG anymore should’ve called them. I did and they gave me 10,000 points.
We've been coming here for over a year and the past few months consistently. I experienced new and old staff and they have always been on top of it. It's quiet and nobody bugs you. We love the area. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfy. It's Like our second home.
This is no longer a Candlewood. It has changed ownership and is not bringing in a 'good' crowd. I did not feel safe staying here. It's too bad, I always enjoyed staying here on my trips to Ontario.
It's awesome running into great staff when you're checking into a hotel for business rooms were very clean beds were nice and comfortable including pillows I rarely have problems with IHG properties.
This is not Candlewood, IHG, it's an Extended Stay. Quick to the airport though. Still
