Home away from home. Neat clean. Staff all wonderful, helpful and so friendly.
I genuinely would NOT recommend staying at this hotel. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m honestly confused by all of the positive reviews because my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I tried to check in, the customer service was HORRIBLE and extremely unprofessional. I was already having issues getting checked in, and instead of the manager trying to help me resolve the situation, she literally LAUGHED IN MY FACE and asked me if I wanted to play rock, paper, scissor... read more
The staff was very unprofessional and rude. The general manger laughed in my face as I was trying to check in and several of the employees were taking numerous smoking breaks while I was trying to figure out the complications with my booking.
