My room was comfortable and provided everything needed for a convenient stay. The location was easy to find and offered access to nearby amenities. The carpeting was extremely dirty, both in the hallways and in my room. That, and the overwhelming smell of weed were the only drawbacks.
Sonesta stay will try to do you wrong the manager is very rude I don't recommend
The staff are pleasant and professional. I had a little issue during my travel and they accommodated greatly with a smooth transition. The price is affordable. The location is perfect when you need peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cleanliness of the common areas and rooms takes the stress away as soon as you walk on the door. I will definitely make Sonesta Simply Suites my first choice when coming back to Virginia.
Sonesta stay is a very good place to stay peaceful very nice people in the front desk all around I suggest it to any one needing a nice clean friendly environment place to stay
