Es un hotel muy limpio, bonito y con un servicio completo y el trato es muy amable!!!! Lo recomiendo 100%

I am. Gold member. The hotel is run down and needs to be cleaned. It I had had a soft gooda iodate but that is not enough...do not exp t any help front he front desk especially if you check in at night. Poor attitudes and run down rooms....spend your money elsewhere....ps asked the front desk if they had Twitter and Facebook and was told no....this is a joke

They take care of their guests to a tee.
It’s a cozy little quiet place! However if you needed anything you had to go up and down the elevator, so guessing no porters . I would stay there again tho, I’ll just be better prepared. Oh and the coffee maker, nor DVD player didn’t work that was suppose to be complimentary, told the front desk and kinda got a oh well type answer �
