Staff service was great! Location was great they met my request.
1. No phone in room 2. Fire department came out on false alarm. 3. Elevator went from 4 floor and stop on 2nd floor stayed on it for 20 mins until someone had to cut power off on breakers, and answer phone to get us out . Not good
Horrible experience at this hotel. We started with check-in, the service was very unpleasant, and when we were going to the elevator, two employees were waiting for the elevator. As soon as it arrived, they entered while the other people left, and I tried to hold the elevator while they just watched and laughed because it closed. When we got to the room, the toilet had a problem, leaking all the time and making noise.
