I do not recommend this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was unhappy. The halls smelled bad, the carpet was old and dated, and the rooms had an unpleasant odor. I had to move rooms four times—each one had hair in the bed or visible stains on the bedding. The only room without obvious cleanliness issues was a handicap-accessible room, which I didn’t request and do not need. By reading the comments it's almost not believable the unhappy people. We are here and absolutely love it. We move to our regular visited hotel in a few days. This hotel is definitely clean. Rooms clean. Cold AC. Nice bathroom products. Awesome coffee bar. Great customer service. Easy check in. We are on 3rd floor. No smells or any issues. Nice kitchen area with everything needed. Thanks for having us!!! Definitely a great place for families. Free laundry facilities.

During my stay at candlewood suites from Monday July 14-18 we was given a mildew wet unsanitary/unsafe environment room we asked could be moved to another room or even a refund upon arrival, the front staff wrote our concerns down and we was given towels to put down on the carpet. Days went pass and we was forced to stay in that room that’s was an unsafe environment and mildewed from the soaking wet carpet and had a really bad smell.
