It’s obvious if you weren’t aware of the hotel being renovated! I think it’s truly wonderful that this hotel was renovated to bring in organizations like Family Gateways to help homeless families. It’s not a scam, filthy or scary. They’re so many professionals and security in the building and they offer many services to help people become stable and even childhood education for your children!
The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and the kitchenette is a plus. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. While the amenities are good, a bit more variety in the breakfast options would be appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and reliable stay for business or leisure.
Don’t make deliveries here. It’s a homeless shelter and they will scam you.
