The staff here listens to police about any old thing police say about a guest. Even if it is slander or libel.
Nice room, like a small apartment with a kitchen and dishes also. Needs usb charging ports though, as many hotels do now, at the desk.
Super nice room and very clean. Housekeeping staff woke me up by banging on the door however, even with do not disturb sign up. That kinda sucked, but hotel was beautiful and very convenient next to the Galleria mall.
Great experience. Beautiful clean rooms, quiet. I requested a corner room and they listened. I was put next to the Laundry room so i did hear the machines every once in a while but it didn't bother me. Extremely comfortable!!!!
Great place to stay when in North Dallas. Within walking distance of the Dallas Galleria,ample parking and all of your standard amenities Candlewood Suites is known for. As an IHG Platinum Rewards Member,I was given a 2PM checkout. A big thanks to Bianca in the front desk for assisting us!
