Great place to stay. I had a two bedroom suite with a living and kitchen area with a stove top, fridge and microwave. Basically an apartment. The breakfast was great. Kids loved the pool area and we even used the grill to cookout one evening. I took advantage of the complimentary laundry room! Everything was great, I also picked this location bc is was exactly 19min to sea world and to the down town area, it was in the middle of both places our family planned to be at while visiting SA
Everything was fine... until we checked out. We made a mistake and forgot 2 jackets and 1 shirt hanging in the closet. We called the hotel as soon as we realized what we’d forgotten, several hours after checking out. Mysteriously, only 1 jacket and the shirt were turned in. Per the person we talked to, and later per management, the maid stated there was nothing else in the closet. Now... RecommendedNot the newest or most updated, maintenance is lacking. Tub has patched whole, tub not cleaned. Non smoking room smells of tabacco and marijuana. I would say the Inn is over priced, not a value $.
