The receptionist was totally rude. I don't understand why people who work in customer service don't know how to serve the public.
BEWARE AND READ BEFORE STAYING. THIS IS A HALF WAY HOUSE HOTEL. We were awoken by SCREAMING and physical fights DIRECTLY outside our door. “HELP ME HELP ME HELP ME THEY ARE KILLING ME HELP ME” for over an hour multiple cops. Getting escorted to your car at 1am to hear that this is “normal” and they are “frequent guests” since they help the underprivileged. Usually don’t review hotels but needed to express that this hotel is quite overpriced for what you get. I preface this with saying that the staff were all wonderful, no issues. Hotel needs updating though. Dishwasher was full of rust and white residue. No bathroom counter space. Old light fixtures that do not function. Discolored walls and toilet. Bed sinks into the middle and we were rolling towards the middle all night. Sink was slow to drain. Broken tile in bathroom. Water stain on wall art in bathroom. Overall felt dirty... read more
I had a reservation for a long term stay from 7/14-11/30, but cancelled after an eventful “trial-stay” on the night of 7/1, in room 339. A quick summary: Pros: Suite was great overall. Clean, great amenities, comfortable bed, very practical for a long-term stay. Upon entering, it did feel as if care was put into maintaining the suite. Cons: The 1 potential concern I noticed immediately was that the toilet was very weak upon flushing. It worked ok the night of 7/1. But sure enough, it overflowed the morning of 7/2.
