Room was clean upon arrival, I really liked the kitchen, and housekeeping went the extra mile keeping everything, even the dishes I didn't expect them to touch. My only gripe was the required payment upon booking for the "complimentary" shuttle. You guys might want to look into what the word means. Also the information on finding the shuttle needs updating. The actual driver was great though, no complaints once we finally figured it out on our own.
I stayed here for a night before my flight.I had to leave at 3am. The hotel is very nice, nice staff and I felt safe leaving, the parking lot is well lit.
Superb location near airport. The cleanest hotel I've ever seen in this class. Very friendly staff and superior Housekeeping and maintenance.
