The apts. and grounds are nice, but that s were it stops. The manager, Jill, has no customer skills. She talks down to tennets and plants rumors to see how far they go. She talks poorly of her staff. Complaints are not addressed. We have a tennet that smears his poop in hallways, laundry room, and commons bathroom. Another tennet is violent. He has hit acouple other tennets.
