Nothing short of abysmal. I’ve been passed pillar to post for over a week between Urgent care, Candlewood, JHC emergency, Sir Charlie Gairdners twice and finally again Candlewood then to be referred elsewhere yet again. Not only am I in extreme pain and vision is deteriorating, I have spent a fortune in medical bills and scripts with still no diagnosis. Can’t fault a few of the receptionists as they work hard and under pressure but the Indian girls don’t have a clue. Tried to bill me yet again although I have a valid health ... read more
‘Our practice provides a safe, warm and welcoming place for our patients to seek medical help and advice.’ Meanwhile this clinic boasts about being pro-life and excludes patients who are seeking termination for whatever reason. As a regular patient, I won’t be back.
My personal opinion is they are only there to make money never found the cause 1st visit one GP wrote the test which was not needed not my words told by 2nd gp on 2nd visit and then again wrote the test by the 2nd gp and after 4 visits i found the cause by myself at google by reviewing the reports and test and then got prescribed at different medical centre and problem solved
Dr Mahtab Shafiq in Candlewood is an amazing doctor. She truly cares about her patients and takes time to listen to the concerns and worries. She has always given the right medical solution for the whatever the problem I’ve gone to her with. Its been 4 years and still she is the same. I trust her a 100%. I have to travel 40 minutes to see her but it’s all worth it. Highly recommended
I had a great experience with Dr. Shafiq. She was thorough, attentive, and proactive in running all appropriate tests to ensure everything was covered. She explained things clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention she provided. Excellent service from start to finish.
