Unfriendly staff incompetence and really don’t want to come to this medical Center to deal with those staff but my Dr that I do respect is working there
Don’t normally write google reviews but after the awful visit with Dr Anita Jogewar, I had to. I have never experienced a Doctor to be so rude and abrupt.
We continue to travel to this practice for Dr Shafiq. Actually all doctors that we’ve seen there including both Dr Oo’s, Dr Eu and a few others over the years have been quite good. We will continue to come here regardless of the drive. It’s hard to find great doctors, and Dr Shafiq is a truly wonderful doctor that will take the time to listen to the issue and address it properly. You’re not just a number. And the ladies at the front are also very approachable, friendly and welcoming.
Doctors are amazing here, but reception is absolute trash, been on hold for 13 minutes and 10 seconds just to find out what time my appointment is, expect to be put on hold straight away when they answer without even saying hello. All this at 8:40am so there's no excuse, especially when it happens every time you call. 0/10.
Dr Anita Jogewar was so rude and abrupt towards me. I told her I been in domestic violence situation and I need a counseling, she questioned me, not believe what i said. very unhelpful rushing me out the room.
