Great property and awesome customer oriented manager! I have been living at this property for several months and I love everything about it. The units are very clean and spacious and the other tenants are very friendly. The property is well maintained and it feels like home. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! The apartment I rented was full of mold and they did not do mold cleanup before the next resident moved in. The rent advertised is NOT what you will pay.. they will tack on water, trash, cable/internet and an MCR (?) fee! They will charge you for an 835 sq ft apartment, when you really have an 825 sq ft apartment (if you have a coat closet... you have the smaller apartment). All the negative reviews have been removed! So, upon looking at the reviews, not one of them is over a month old. That should be a HUGE Red Flag. About 4 weeks ago, I took a drive by the property, to see if I wanted to rent a place here. Every thing seemed nice on the outside. But while I sat in my car, the noise that you could hear from County Road 28 was REALLY LOUD. Not good! When I drove by a week later, they were ripping out bushes & moving rocks around, but days after that, nothing was replaced & it looked like a war z... read more

Candlewood Apartments As a resident of Candlewood for over 16 years, I recommend this quiet beautifully landscaped complex. With Dallas managing and Doug the Head of Maintenance. I would like to say that Doug beautifully remodeled my apartment with Nice laminate flooring, great kitchen. If you have any problems the Management always try to get your problems as soon as possible. In the winter Doug is plowing and Josh keeps our sidewalks safe. I highly recommend this Complex. RM

Happiness Is! I would just like to mention what our experience has been at the Parkside Towne Homes. We couldn't be happier . This development has an atmosphere of peace. We feel very safe. Great lighting. Everything is very neat and organized. When we need anything, our needs are met, and may I say in a very timely manner! Everyone is very friendly. Best Home I've Ever Had! The apartments and everything they come with are fantastic! The inside and outside of the complex are both beautiful. The best part, however, is the office management and also the maintenance. They both are so kind, respond quickly, and try to help make your living experience as enjoyable as possible.
