This place is under new management, and here is what I gathered. The online site has a new "convenience" fee of 50$. Announcing inspections 24 hours in advance, which is too little of a notice. Lastly, if you have to call the office, there's no one to pick up your call, so that's fun. In case you are wondering who the new management is, it's called Four star.
I've been living here nearly 2 years and I would have to say it's a really nice apartment complex. The ground is well kept they are very tentative if you have a maintenance issues. The deerwood staff are very friendly and helpful.
