My friend and I walked in on a random Monday evening and requested a 1 hour massage. We are on vacation from out of the country, have been walking an insane amount the last 4 days, and really just wanted to relax. Glad we could be in the same room as well. Super friendly, really relaxing, and overall a good experience. Will definitely be back if we happen to be in the area again.
1 star for cheating on a gift voucher purchased including a full tip. After treatment cashier aggressively, with raised voice and gestures, refused to accept the tip had been included ie prepaid, and forced my wife to pay again with threats of calling management. She paid. After returning home spa sent notification of a credit for the tip being paid again. No apology, nothing. Great example of how to lose regular custom.
Highly recommend. I’ve had a lot of massages, like a LOT, I have to say, I received one of the BEST messages here of my life. The price point is astounding for the level of skill. No fluff, nothing other than sheer skill, and care. Elly worked miracles on my back and hips and was able to identify every single sore or tight spot and I really was in shock this morning when all of this tightness disappeared and was fully taken care of.
