This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a realtor. The level of unprofessionalism, lack of ethics, and disregard for basic standards was shocking. Instead of acting in the best interests of clients, the agent’s actions showed a complete conflict of interest and a total absence of accountability. Mr. Candido Faria was the real estate agent who was highly recommended to assist with the sale of the semi-detached house and property of my former wife's deceased sister (my former wife and I were the designated Estate Trustees in this matter).
