Kurt was an awesome landlord and super fair, very responsive, and just a genuinely good guy. Anytime we needed anything, he was quick to help and always made sure we were taken care of. The house was in great shape and felt like home from day one. You can tell he truly cares about his tenants, which made renting from him for 2 years a great experience. If you need a place in Colorado, Kurt is your guy!

Both homes were great and any issues were always addressed quickly. Every Christmas, he even stopped by with a box of chocolates—a thoughtful touch that showed how much he cared.
