Was disappointed in my experience with this company. My husband and I contacted and spoke with Kurt on a Friday about a newly posted property. He offered to show it to us on Monday at the earliest because he “wouldn’t be doing any work on it over the weekend”. Kurt with Candela Properties is the best landlord we've ever had. He is super organized, very responsive, and extremely gracious! His processes for move-in/move-out are top notch and any time we needed any maintenance he was on top of it. He actually cares for his tenants and listens when there's a problem. He's well respected by all the local maintenance folks as he makes the process so easy for everyone. Highly recommend renting with Candela Properties!
