Best landlord I have ever had. Helped get me out of an abusive situation a couple years ago and into a reasonably priced place quite quickly!
We rented two different homes from Kurt with Candela Properties over the past 15 years, and he has been nothing but professional, kind, and responsive. Both homes were great and any issues were always addressed quickly. Every Christmas, he even stopped by with a box of chocolates—a thoughtful touch that showed how much he cared. Truly the best landlord we've ever had. Highly recommended!
Was disappointed in my experience with this company. My husband and I contacted and spoke with Kurt on a Friday about a newly posted property. He offered to show it to us on Monday at the earliest because he “wouldn’t be doing any work on it over the weekend”.
