My wife and I were tenants with Kurt at Candela Properties for just under four years. Genuinely, Kurt was the best landlord we've ever had in more than 16 years of marriage and renting homes. He was fair, responsive, and easy to work with. Kurt was an awesome landlord and super fair, very responsive, and just a genuinely good guy. Anytime we needed anything, he was quick to help and always made sure we were taken care of. The house was in great shape and felt like home from day one. You can tell he truly cares about his tenants, which made renting from him for 2 years a great experience. If you need a place in Colorado, Kurt is your guy!
