Spongy weird textured chicken and chewy fatty steak is what we received today. Only the waiter apologized. Those are signs of a bad chef with a filthy kitchen and a owner who doesn't care.
Love La Candela so much! The food is always delicious and full of flavor, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Such a great spot for authentic Peruvian food in Commack. Everything we’ve tried has been amazing and we always leave happy. Definitely one of our favorite places!
