I have called her office at least a dozen times with knowone ever answering the phone and have left multiple messages just to get my records for my new insurance and no reply. So because of that i have to do a completely new assessment for ADHD which is a pain.Clearly her customers mental health is not a priority to her.

She is very professional, timely and ask appropriate questions, Family member has been seeing her for many years with no issues. I have always been present for appointments as she sees my son.

In summation, total quack. From an admin stands, office and records are a total mess. From a patient care standing, uncaring and demeaning toward patients. Does not utilize any current technology for records or diagnostics. While she does a great job at signing the prescription order, often prescribes the wrong medication as she doesn’t use available testing to guide medical decisions. If you truely care about having quality medical care, avoid this practice.

I recently had 2 consults with Dr. Fortune. I told her immediately that I was retired and on a stick budget and that I needed medication that was affordable for my depression. She gave me only one option (after charging me $550.00, for a prescription that costs $500.00 a month, and with my copay, $360.00. She rushed me out of her office as well and was unengaging. Now I will have to start over with someone who listens and cares, as she obviously doesn't.

I had contact with Dr Fortune (or should be Dr UnFortunate) on six occasions. In that time, I figured out that she is unethical, bills for an extended visit even if time spent was 15 minutes, is condescending and is totally into the money and doesn't care about people or patients. The turnover of her staff is mind boggling, she switches offices and doesn't update her information. Not to be trusted. I learned this the hard way, and am posting this to warn others. Shop around for better.

We waited 3 months for an appointment for our 7 year old. The day before the appointment I read these reviews and hadn’t heard from the office so I called. They didn’t have us on the schedule!! They told me they had had a change in front office staff and were completely booked. I have no confidence in this office, so I refused their attempt to reschedule us. Why would I entrust my child’s well being to an office who doesn’t honor their schedule? Forget it.

DO NOT GO TO DR FORTUNE. I saw this doctor for addiction and suboxone medication. She is the worst suboxone doctor I have ever been to. She treats addiction just like a bad psychiatrist treats mental illness: ridiculously brief sessions with no discussion or communication. Just in and out of the office. She didn't seem to care about me as a patient whatsoever. Other suboxone doctors I've been to will give you advice, ask about your daily life, etc. Do not go to Dr. Fortune, find someone else.

I made an appointment about three months out (couldn't see me sooner) with Dr. Fortune. When my appointment finally arrived, they didn't even have me on their schedule OR in their system! When talking to the girl at the front desk, she said the old girl was fired and it was her fault and that she'll call me as soon as their is a cancellation and I'd be first in line. Well weeks later... of course I never heard from this office again. All this time and I could have seen someone else. BEWARE

I met with Dr. Fortune approximately five years ago regarding depression and anxiety. We met for no more than fifteen minutes.Dr. Fortune texted during the appointment and gave my mother and I the wrong paperwork to take home. Upon my second visit she prescribed me a strong anti-psychotic medication that put me in a trance for a week. At no point had I exhibited psychotic symptoms and Dr. Fortune never followed up regarding the medication. I haven't been to psychiatrist since.
