Yesterday I screenshot my appointment to make sure I made it on time, an hour later I received a voicemail stating that the Dr wanted to see me earlier so they were scheduling me an hour earlier when I had already taken the only spot they claimed to have. When I called the office they claimed they double booked the appt time yet never apologized for the inconvenience leading me to believe that the reason is invalid. Dr. Gates was very professional and personable. My spouse & I enjoyed our first visit at Oasis Women's Wellness Center.
