Not very helpful whatsoever. Had a video appointment with Caroline who wasn’t able to get the video going.. so we opted for a phone call instead… which lasted about 5 minutes. I asked for a referral for therapy for my shoulder due to the ongoing pain that has now lasted for months. She submitted a referral for therapy for ONE visit. How is that going to help me really?
