We were told to sit where we would like and proceeded to sit unserved and unacknowledged for over 20 minutes. We left without any service due to the horrible service and wait.
I come to Cancun's all the time and the food is using on point and I'm using please and happy but tonight was a disaster and a disappointment, the lady who fixed my plate , I spent $146 , only to be disappointed and not compensated with a good meal I just wanted to feed my family with a good taco Tuesday night, the fact that the employees don't care anymore , is a disappointment to the place that I remember and have known for years I truly would like at least a $100 refund I work hard for my money, , and I am not pleased, w... read more
