I don't understand why you would trash a unpleasant review ? Rather then privately message a consumer. The fact is if your staff is not meeting the needs of paying customer then pull them aside to give what could they do better coaching session and find resolultion in private between the consumer & management.To learn from it & working with the public it's a negative way to conduct a business. They want to treat customers poorly, then act unprofessional when given a review. This place is a stain on food in the valley. They are clearly anti LGBT and ableist. Do not support such behavior. There are PLENTY of better places in the valley. To think with such trash food they could at least get their customer service together.
I decided I wanted to go out for dinner. So I went to Cancun cafe in Sandy. The hostess was kind and friendly. The waiter Xavier immediately comes over and asked me if I would like something to drink. I said I’ll take a iced water for now and I’ll look at the menu. After finishing looking at the menu I sat there for a good 10 minutes before he came back to me. He was not busy he was sitting and at the booth at the very end by the kitchen. The food just wasn’t good. It had no flavor. The salsa was bland and the chips were too thick. I ordered fried ice cream and the ice cream was old and crystallized. Tasted like the coating was soggy cornflakes.

I ordered a smothered chili verde wit extra cheese and a pinacolada she brought it out with enchilada sauce and argued with me that that’s the way I ordered it . 1st of all I know what I ordered. I was tired of arguing so decided I would go ahead and eat but the sauce was horrible. So I told them I was not paying for it and since I only drank a portion of my drink because I was treated badly I gave them 2.00 and they are lucky they got that..
