Closed on my unit October 2024 and absolutely love it! I have had no issues at all, neighbors are great, my space is amazing and big and it’s authentic lofts with 14 ceilings and huge windows. Monthly HOA a bit on the high side but lots of amenities to justify it like 24 hour concierge with cold storage, amazing beautifully designed lobby with lots of seating, fitness center, media room, common sun deck, huge common indoor lounge with pool tables, comfy sofas, kitchen, picnic tables with grills and half basketball court.
