UCD PM&R on "C" Street is USELESS. The physician I saw several times was apathetic about treatment. She referred me to UCD PT, which is horrific, those PTs call in sick more than they are at work, and just print out exercises without giving any demos. After complaining to tmy PM&R physician, she suggested that I seek out a personal trainer. I was done after that.
