Dr. Truong was wonderful in accommodating adding me via telephone to my father’s appointments. I am out of state and we were trying to come up with a treatment plans. At both appointments, Dr. Truong was wonderful with us asking all the questions we had. Once my dad decided to go back to Washington State to be with family for his treatment, the staff members were all very helpful. Jaylene Davis was especially helpful. If you have cancer, drive further than independence. Not to trash talk the company as much as I recommend not waisting your time and frustration. They tried to schedule my initial appt over telethealth, for ONCOLOGY. Mostly telehealth visits every time, lasting about 2 mins. Called me 2 hours late for a telehealth, said nothing about the Late time. I find Dr Troung to be uncaring and insensitive. They called to confirm my 3month follow up, and then never called for the appointment. I called to see why, and I was left on hold... read more
