I have a billing issue and cannot get anyone to return my calls. I have a receipt and bank statement verifying I paid. Dr. Chandra and staff are kind, but it does not take away the bad taste this situation has caused. I'm worried I will have to go through this every time I pay my infusion copay. Changing to a different practice may be in order and that's truly a shame.

Very good professional office and personal
Dr. Chandra is very knowledgeable, and I felt confident being in his care. I went to him for iron deficiency anemia. I was SO NERVOUS when I went to see him and Jess, the med assistant made me so comfortable as I had an episode of white coat syndrome. She is awesome!!! Front staff ladies were awesome!
