Having been there with my mom and close friend my experience is they give great cancer care. It is understandable that at times they will often run behind on the schedule. My only suggestion is that a person from the staff come out to the waiting area to inform the waiting patient so they don’t feel as if they have been forgotten. I waited for an hour past my friend’s appointment with no information or update. About the delay. Cancer care is worth waiting for.
