Yesterday at almost 4:00 as I was going through the car wash the attendant yelled at me - screamed F#$K several times, hit the wall and threw his water bottle at the wall. I was terrified he was going to damage my car. I went inside to ask for the manager wasn't there but the guy behind the counter said "yeah he does that sometimes" I asked him to have the manager call me and no call :( My car is still dirty and I paid to be abused by some crazy man!
Went in for an oil change and had great service! Very friendly and quick! Thanks guys, I'll definitely be returning to support your business
Two visits in a row that were very frustrating. Will not be using this place again for oil changes or car wash.
The Manager ( Chad ) will Gladly substitute ANY oil to satisfy his customer ! I did work there and watched him do exactly that, other than talk to the customer..He hooked up battery cables on a customers car to jump start another customers car, a big no-no, and hooked the cables up backwards causing a short ( DUH ) smart fella..Warning
The manager was high on something and did an bad job on my car and didn't use the right oil he had a bad attitude and taking them out on the people he works with and that's not professional sorry but they have lost a customer
