Car wash has gone down hill in the last year. It amazes me even going through twice your car will still be dirty. Don't waste your money! Wash your car at home and if that is not a option for you I have two teenage boys and they will wash your car and I can guarantee they will do a better job. Also who can ignore the fact that the manager is so rude. He acts as if he is a dictator. If he doesn't like you he will call you bad names and kick you off property. If I had to rate the car wash I would give them a 1, my car is still dirty, can't even tell that I went through a car wash. The Auto Lube I would rate a 5. Very good service and efficient. These guys were polite and courteous. The guys working the car wash were not. I will definitely go to the Auto Lube again but not the car wash.
Today I went through the Canby Car Wash again, I told the guy the last time I was there when I got home it looks like an 8 year old had washed the van. Same darn thing today, back window, tailgate, and wheels are dirty... Owner is a politician so you can't get in touch with him.. :( :( This customer is GONE...Not paying those prices and not get a correct job, in fact they have raised their fees...
Always sense 18 years before they changed the name I always got great service, and the staff always curtious.
I would give a zero if I could. The manager has horrible customer service skills and is extremely rude. I asked for a basic oil change and he tried charging me for high mileage. I have less than 60,000 miles on my car. He flipped out when I refused to pay for high mileage. I called the owner and he didn't seem to care. I could go on but this is enough. I won't be back.
