Wonderful experience. Canberra Glass were allocated to an insurance claim for a broken double-glazed window. The team was professional and courteous at all times. They quickly made the window safe and then followed up with us until the glass unit was replaced. They were efficient and tidy. One of the best repair experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended.
I had the very best service from Canberra Glass, whether from the office which gave me a very reasonable quote, from the glazier who came to assess the project or from the glazier, Kyle, who did an excellent and very careful job replacing the broken window of a heritage house, as well as providing me with extra advice over and above the call of duty. The team did an amazing job for a Sat (after Xmas!) morning call out for shattered sliding door. Completely replaced in under 4 hours from first contact. Would recommend.
