We have 2years living here very peaceful our manager is a very nice person I love here very caring person understanding person she out going very nice place to live very clean a calm place peaceful close to the store I am grateful to live here quite and very recommending places to live here I called it my home the heart of poway
Love living here it's an amazing place to be. My roommates been living here for 10 years. He also loves it here. Indira is a great property manger. Any time I have any issues she's always on top of it. It's a quiet place you have your own washer & dryer in the unit. It's also very convenient stores such as Walmart & DMV are right across the street. There's also many places to eat walking distance. We’ve lived here for a year now, and we love it! The apartment is cozy and has everything we need to feel at home. The property manager is fantastic—always attentive and quick to address any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which makes living here stress-free. It’s been a wonderful experience, and we’re so happy to call this place home!
Typical for-profit multifamily housing where the managing company only exists to charge you fees. An absolute criminal racket of an apartment complex. $680 to paint the entire apartment, $265 “cleaning fee” after only 6 months. Never live here if you value your sanity and want an apartment that doesn’t leak when it rains.
