Who are these fake profiles ? Management will only talk to you if you want to rent. The pool was closed for 3 month because of dunk poop... Rent went up to the max 8.75 percent... My ceiling leaked 3 times and the job they made .... I spend 3k on vet bills for my dog or esr infection .. after the test the vet asked me if there was black mold... I ask for a test 4 month and they close the case and never did any test... Look at my ceiling picture... They patch X2 and you tell me me I live in apt 205 ... I am a real person livi... read more
Perfect place to live! Right in the heart of Poway. All the units are modernly renovated with great amenities. The management is responsive and the community is very quite. Highly recommend
We have 2years living here very peaceful our manager is a very nice person I love here very caring person understanding person she out going very nice place to live very clean a calm place peaceful close to the store I am grateful to live here quite and very recommending places to live here I called it my home the heart of poway
Love living here it's an amazing place to be. My roommates been living here for 10 years. He also loves it here. Indira is a great property manger. Any time I have any issues she's always on top of it. It's a quiet place you have your own washer & dryer in the unit. It's also very convenient stores such as Walmart & DMV are right across the street. There's also many places to eat walking distance. We’ve lived here for a year now, and we love it! The apartment is cozy and has everything we need to feel at home. The property manager is fantastic—always attentive and quick to address any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which makes living here stress-free. It’s been a wonderful experience, and we’re so happy to call this place home!
