The Tech was on time and professional. He clearly explained our problem and what it would cost and take to correct it. He came up with a temporary patch so that we would not have to go without heat or air while we waited for the part to come in. Thank you Amy, for recommending them.
The entire experience, from their call back this morning until the tech left a little while ago, was great. Becky was patient with my panic about being without air at the hottest part of the year, the tech was friendly and very quick to find and fix the problem. We will definitely call them again, if we have AC problems.
David came out and took care of getting us fixed up. Honesty and Integrity is what you can expect from them. Would never use anyone else from this point forward.
Our ac went out in our house and Canards owner personally came out and seen what was going on. At first he thought he had fixed it and would've had come back out the next. By the time I got off work and got home it was not cooling again. I called and the owner came right back out to check it again and had a temp fix for it so that we could cool off. I have used Canard's since I moved to my home 28 years ago. My parents also used their services. Always quality and honest customer service.
We have used Canard's for about 20 years. Our AC unit is very old and we need a new one but until it completely dies on us, we call Canards for routine service. Sometimes it's just filling it up with Freon and cleaning coils. Reasonably priced and very trustworthy. They don't try to scare you into buying a new unit. I won't use anyone else. Great family business and excellent customer service. I recommend to all of my friends.
Think relationships don't matter...think again! I continue to be grateful for being a Canard's customer. Honest, dependable and consistent. That's how you make and KEEP customers coming back for years. I always feel treated fairly and honestly. Kenny even saved me a trip home knowing I have a new wifi thermostat and could control the unit remotely. THAT is thinking from the customer's perspective!
