I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes was told there’s no other office to deal with it cuz it’s rare to find out later in my pregnancy that it’s super common and all office are able to take patients with gestational diabetes I get brushed off with my concerns and get told it’s not normal but then say see you at the next appointment

I cannot in good conscience recommend Farmington Pediatrics or Canandaigua Medical Group to any parent, especially those caring for medically complex or disabled children. My son, who is three years old, disabled, and medically fragile, was failed repeatedly by both clinics in ways that went beyond simple oversight. Despite concerning symptoms and documented medical history, my son was repeatedly misdiagnosed or dismissed. Tried to make an appointment with Dr. Cruz now that he has switched to University of Rochester for my 96 year old father who was a previous patient at Clifton Springs. Office said they were not accepting anymore patients even though Dr. Cruz personally said he would take him. Office woman named Cora hung up the phone on me!
