Service Manager Dick, has an excuse for everything you can throw at him. Their "skilled" techs don't know the difference between worn break pads and pads metal on metal. What do you think that says about the rest of the repairs they need to do? I had a manifold replaced, they had to tear down the whole top half of the engine to do so and when I got it back I have warning and error lights everywhere. I returned it to them and now they say my fuse block has shorted out. It wasn't shorted out before your "skilled" tech started ... read more
